Qi Gong
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese healing system. It can be translated by cultivating energy. Qi means a life force or vital energy that flows through all things in the universe, and Gong stands for accomplishment and training.
it is a system practised for health maintenance, healing, and increasing vitality through physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions.
The slow, gentle movements can be practised by all age groups.
Qi Gong reduces stress, builds stamina, increases vitality, and enhances the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, and digestive functions and helps speed recovery from illness.
One of the more important long-term effects is that Qi Gong re-establishes the body/mind/soul connection.
It creates a balanced lifestyle, which brings greater harmony, stability, and enjoyment.
Hello
My name is Pascale Jenart
My journey to Qi Gong Master all started with a stubborn and determined Tai Chi Chinese teacher who couldn't hear “No”.
She turned me, at over 40 years old, into an international multi-time gold & silver medallist and certified Duan 4 from the Chinese Wushu International Federation.
Qi Gong, in the beginning, was just a way to improve my Tai chi, but in 2014 I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, gained 10 kg, was always exhausted, and doctors prescribed medicine. My thyroid was dying.
I wanted to find a natural way to fix this issue, and after research, I found that Qi gong was an excellent way to restart your thyroid. So gave myself a month and started intensive Qi Gong, creating my own program to fit my needs.
After a month, my results were better, so I kept going and never took the medicine.
Shortly after that, I decided to create my own company Chi Balance to share the amazing power of Qi Gong, and I have been teaching for 7 years.
